I went in with my mums boots hoping to get them fixed when the lovely man said he’d happily do it free of charge as it was simple for him to fix. A really nice gesture and refreshingly honest, i’d recommend them for their service to anyone!

Dry Cleaning NOT 24 hours! Beware - the website clearly states a 24 hour service but I don’t think this is reliable. I took something in at lunchtime on a Thursday wanting to collect any time on Saturday (which is 48 hours plus - twice as long as they say) and was told I couldn’t collect until Monday or Tuesday. I had to go elsewhere.

Can't or won't cut keys fir classic cars if you have a blank key as they want to charge you for there keys. Don't mind paying full price as they can't supply correct key.

I needed to replace a lost car key and I am very happy with the service. The replacement key had to be ordered in and two days later I received a call to say they had it. Was given an accurate cost estimate and it took 15 minutes to cut and programme the key. It couldn't have gone better.

Dreadful service. Put 1 shield and 3 cups to be engraved on 6th November and finally got them completed on 20th January ! A lot of excuses and mess ups. Will not use again. Terrible customer care !!!!

Pretty much 3 times the price of an independent local cobbler for getting Yale door keys cut! Done quickly but with little enthusiasm. But what a rip-off. I'm sure their ground rent isn't cheap but the price difference for the same thing is unacceptable when they should benefit from economies of scale..
