The best phone repair shop in town as far as I'm concerned.....I initially went to a different phone shop at the top of East reach who charged £90 to not fix my phone screen despite going back twice. I was told my phone might need a new chip so I gave up on him assuming he didn't know what he was talking about.Then I discovered Kronos.....I phoned up & spoke to the man there & he immediately seemed to actually know what he was talking about. He ordered me a genuine Samsung screen & battery pack (which was included in the screen price) & repaired my phone as soon as it arrived. The phone has been perfect ever since. Friendly & professional service at the same price that I paid the first shop for a non genuine screen.I just wish I'd discovered kronos before but will not go anywhere else from now on.Thank you

I took my Xbox 1 for a clean as it was very dusty and got very hot when on, the service was excellent Callum the person who served me was polite and knowledgeable and got my Xbox looking and working like brand new ! Thank you :) definitely recommend

The HDMI port in my PS4 had broken and all it would display was fuzzy static. I brought it in and Callum was very friendly and answered all the questions I had. I left it with him and after a few days I had my PS4 back good as new! Great service and results, I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs their device/console repaired!

Absolute 1st class service, took our laptop in for a new screen and was fixed within a couple of hours. I just wish all customer service was this good. If anyone is in the Taunton area and needs anything fixed they should speak to this legend. Highly recommended.

Callum made time for me this morning to give me really good advice on why, all of a sudden, the battery on my iPhone SE might not be performing so well. He also showed me how to disable the features that would be draining it. Great service and a lovely helpful guy.

Took my phone in to see if there was any chance it could be fixed and within the hour it was back up and running as normal again thanks to Kronos! If I could give 6 stars I would! Top tier customer service. With reasonable prices, which doesn't leave your pockets empty!

Having had some problems with my Xbox I took it in to Callum, he fixed it very quickly and was on hand to answer any questions I had , even after the repair was complete.Callum is very knowledgable, patient & friendly and I would highly recommend people within the area support small local business'.I will definitely be using Callum in future as my tech guy!
