August 2016On reading the negative review from 4 years ago, I was very wary of taking my laptop for repair to PC Plus, so glad I did, turned it around in just over 24 hours, competitive price and a very professional but friendly company. Would use them again and recommend them to others. Suspect the negative reviewer was having a bad day!

I had a problem with my printer: a sheet got stuck inside and I only managed to remove part of it. So I gave it to Mohsen from PC Plus on a Friday, saying I needed quickly. He called me back the following Monday to tell me it's ready. Went to the shop and he explained he had removed the last piece of paper, showed me how to access the back of the printer, told me he had cleaned and put a spray to increase the grip between rolls and paper, and printed 30 pages, to make sure it was working. Then I remembered I had found a piece, fallen off the printer. He spent 10' over the closing time, and eventually found the spot where to put the piece back, for no additional cost. Very professional, knowledgeable, and perfectionist. £35 well spent and the next time I can do it by myself.

Highly recommendedBeen using this professional service since 1989. For the last 11 years I've travelled 86 miles from the Isle of Thanet to Beckenham in order to have my computer serviced and or repaired.In 1989 I bought a second hand computer which no one could fix, then I came across PC Plus and my problem was sorted immediately.I've had other computers since and problems with most of them, from time to time e.g. Major outlet sold me a faulty laptop that they would not exchange within 24 hrs and could not repair. Trading Standards did not take up this issue. I've had dysfunctional bios & processor, viruses', data lost, you name it. Horror stories of incompetent repairers unable to repair or sort out the problems but very good at making my files and data disappear. Each time, PC Plus came to the rescue hence, since 2002 I have dealt only with PC Plus who have been able to sort out any and all problems as they develop or arrive and supply me with new computers or laptops as and when needed.I am happy with the service I have received and the reasonable charges I've incurred and have recommended PC Plus to all my family and friends who are very happy and satisfied with the service they provide. they all rate them 10 out of ten. Unfortunately, most of us, do not belong to this new feed-back culture.

Very helpful and honest. Seems to really know what he's doing - my laptop was having all kinds of weird problems and he managed to get to the bottom of it. I got it back good as new, with all my files. Seems very trustworthy and genuinely helpful.

I picked up my bashed Lenovo T450s on the second working day. It was all fixed as expected which saved me loads of time.The engineer was an awkward sort with lots of unsolicited advice to offer (to a computer programmer). He was very particular about not committing to be able to fix it (not encouraging, but very professional) then entirely certain that he had (and I am typing this on the fixed machine, which is a good start). Yay for awkward sorts!The fix cost me about 5% of the cost of what I paid to buy it new. I have all my data intact and the state of the OS etc is unaltered.I'm a happy customer.

I am not computer savvy by any stretch of the imagination, and when I took my laptop for what was a general clean up, check over, it became a bigger job than at first anticipated. Talk about patience! I was looked after and not made to feel rushed. Great service, lovely guy. Cost effective. Thanks and well recommended if you're looking for a genuine, trustworthy laptop fixer

Very pleased with the work carried out by Mohsen at PC Plus. We needed our Apple MAC upgraded, it is now like a new machine! Very happy to support another local business. Would highly recommend and we would definitely use PC Plus again in the future.
