It is OK but clunky, old fashioned and inferior to a other products on the market. I wish to move to another provider for my electronic patient records etc and they are charging £900 plus VAT to transfer my current patient files! An outrageous cost presumably designed to put people off moving but probably has the opposite effect! I still plan to transfer my practice across to another company.

Server is out for the 100th time. Patients are calling us left right and centre and there's nothing we can do for them until the servers are back up and running. This happens more often than not. There's no reliability with DGL. it keeps crashing. And now during COVID times, we need things like DGL to work in order for the business to keep running. Avoid if you can!

A great product in 2010. Very outdated now and not fit for purpose. VPL-MS based. Private equity owned and company attitude is to fleece captive audience with charges eg £300 for a bank-type fob which expires every 2 years and over £1000 to move your own data. Avoid at all costs.
