Micheal did a repair on my Jasper Conran handbag zip & did a fantastic job. None of the big high street shoe repairers we're willing or able to do this!!! I would highly recommend you use Micheal for any repairs to shoes, boots, bags, belts etc plus he does key cutting as well. Only charged me £12 & to replace my favourite bag would of been another £85.

Arrived in the shop 15 minutes before closing, and wanting my shoes repaired for the next day and it was no trouble at all for the owner. Excellent Customer Service and very chatty and friendly

I recommend Instep Shoe Repairs at Dunscroft. Excellent, friendly service from a knowledgeable owner. He repaired my leather handbag zip which I thought would need replacing. He charged £8. Any other repairs, key cutting and watch battery replacement we will definitely be using him again. Thank you

Thank you so much for doing a wonderful job on my Military Shoes. Really appreciate the time and effort you put in making sure that my new heels with Blakesley in them fitted properly on both my shoes and my husbands. Also for making sure we have decent sized segs in the toes of the shoes.Would definitely recommend as a master at what he does. Thank you. Will be returning to get my friends shoes done, as she was really impressed with mine.
