Consistently excellent. Very accurate ETAs and ability to track deliveries, drivers always very friendly and efficient and able to locate address with no problems. The Drop also specifically supports independent businesses.

Absolutely superb they delivered everything, unbroken, and on the correct day - something for DHL, DPD, UPS, Parcel Farce and others to aspire to. We wont even mention the rubbish that is Hermes / Evri or Yoddle.
