Great place to live with great concierge staff, always super helpful with packages and questions. And they always say hello and smile which is nice. the night security staff are also very nice and welcoming; and will still help out with issues if they can

I've lived here for a year and really enjoyed my experience. Very professional and courteous staff, especially Monika, Adam and Natalie. All the staff actively message you to keep you updated on the events occurring in the block and local area, as well as if you have any parcels. They are always very friendly and welcome a nice chat after work. The premises is always kept clean and presentable and the reception area always smells so good! I've had a lovely time here and will be sad to leave. Cannot recommend it enough!

Area is wonderful as I work in the centre and especially if you like the city life. Nice room with high spec details all the staff are lovely and helpful

Lived here from 2020-2023.Great time living here, enjoyed every moment. Management have been amazing all the way! Monica, Stone, Qasim and the rest! Management has gone out the way, Monica helping me with any issues regarding the apartment several times. Hats off to Monica and Stone for being amazing staff and now friends.

Helpful staff working, who always greets residents with a smile. They takes good care of mail packages and letters, and notifies quickly when they arrive. They are also responsive and efficient when requests are submitted.

Not being able to describe how fortunate to stay in this amazing place! Excellent location with convenience to supermarkets, transport links and shopping area! Monika, Natalie, Castro and all the lovely staff are extremely make residents feel warmth and welcoming! Highly recommended!

I have lived at Transmission house since March & love living here. The building team are always really friendly and approachable. Monika is always efficient and happy to help with anything and I always feel safe during the evening with stone & saad on the front desk, thank you for creating such a nice vibe here :)
