Ramp City Skatepark

The skate park itself is good apart from a few broken ramps. However the people who run it are useless. I had my bag stolen from a locker and there’s no cctv that points at the lockers. My fault for leaving valuables unattended. I get that but they could have been more helpful. Pam is however very rude and disrespectful. Not too mention how unnecessary and unprofessional it was shouting at young children who we’re just being kids. Not pleased

Good place for indoor skateboarding and roller skating. 8 year old I was with loved it. Big choice of ramps for all skill levels.

Took the family today to be dealt with by Pam who has the personality of a bin.Very rude, spent most of the time outside talking with a brew leaving customers waiting, and when needed to change boots was told 'to what, you've already swapped'.Sat down in skate room and was told not to put skates on, said I'm not I'm just sitting down and she repeated it in a mocking tone. Very unpleasant, rude lady. Bad experience but the kids love it here.The other lady who arrived later is very nice and helpful and is great with the public.

Awesome place to hone your skate, bmx, scooter skills. Large space with plenty of ramps and drop ins. There is also a great roller rink in the same building.

Great place to let the kids play, and you can have a relaxing meal in the excellent 5 star cafe. The staff are very helpful and sociable. The meals are always exellent. I can safely say I recommend this place 100 percent. Love the place.

Great place. Although we felt like we'd disturbed the lady on reception when trying to pay during emerdale. Diner was closed so went for a meal" in the adjacent bar

Good facilities, unfortunately customer service detracts from any enjoyment, children were in tears with the attitude of the management, a polite way to describe the women who shouldn’t be dealing with the general public is rude. Absolutely no people skills whatsoever, has zero interest in customer satisfaction, the woman on the desk was more interested in having a fag and a brew. I won’t be returning with my kids in the future.

Looks like a good skatepark from the pictures but wasn’t able to get in. Please change the times you open on Google and on your website as it still says 10am opening time which is not right. Don’t want anyone else to travel like I did to ride the park and it not be open. Thank you

Its good, got some good ramps and a massive vert ramp. It could do with a lot a lot of work. **The roof leaks when it rains, making the park have wet spots. **Bits are coming off some of the ramps making it more challenging and more of a risk to skate. **theres no real flow to it, its just bits skattered here and there. **Theres chunks taken out of the wood from skateboards smacking into them through time. When your board hits there, theres sharp nails and screws that mess up your deck. My new deck has sadly suffered from that. **theres nowhere easy to stick your bags next to the ramps. This leads to bags piled up at the side, blocking the entrance in some cases. The park is in desperate need of renovation. Its falling to bits. Id rather travel a bit further to go to ones that are more well-kept and more tidy and less falling to bits than there sadly. A generous 2 star in my opinion because the vert was fun where there wasn't patches of slippery puddles of water. **Theres a woman who has the personality of a rottern apricot. Shes very rude and disrespectful. An embarrassment to have as a staff member.
