We couldn't have asked for anything more. Trying to source a UK rental from overseas seemed like a daunting task, however Beth and Nick were amazing and kept us updated every step of the process. They went out of their way to assist us when it could have been easier to rent to a local tenant. We have now been in our new home for four days and couldn't be happier!

We had invited another well known high street chain agent to visit our property but there was no comparison.Nick and his team set up a WhatsApp group so that my husband and me were in touch with the entire team and process every step of the way, with notifications about viewings and feedback. The viewing appointments were also confirmed via email.Nick hosted most of the viewings, we had a lot, and he would ring us with immediate feedback and then he, Beth or one of the team would contact those that had viewed for their feedback.When we had the right buyer they chased solicitors on our behalf and got our sale over the line in just seven weeks, we were delighted, our thanks to you all.We felt very well informed and supported throughout the process. Castleman did a great job of selling my flat, Nick and Danni were very friendly yet professional, and although we didn't quite get the asking price we were very close! They also went the extra mile to ensure a couple of late snags were sorted out so that the sale could go through. Will definitely use again next time I move.
