Spoke to Ben regarding failure of rear lights on one side. He told me what I described was a known problem and was about an hour's work. He gave me a price and was able to book the car in at a time that suited me, despite being very busy.Sure enough, after an hour's wait in their comfortable waiting room the fault was fixed, I paid pretty much what Ben had said when I called (just a few pounds over due to needing a new seal) and was on my way again.I cannot rate Autowerx highly enough. They are friendly, efficient and provide an excellent service at a reasonable price.

Top mechanics!I always used to come here for anything for my car. I'd rather someone professional who knows the car inside and out rather than someone 'cheap' who doesn't have a scooby about my car specifically, and would probably break something.Unfortunately I've moved away now. But I'd definitely recommend them!

Was able to be easily booked in within 3 weeks for Engine oil, with microfilter, air filter, fuel filter and Brake fluid service for E60 5 Series. Received a reminder text message a day before which was nice. Was seen on time with little wait time. I was offered a loan car so I could go back home. My car was ready for collection by the end of the day. Saved approx. £50 from main dealership in Milton Keynes. Overall, great experience and would go again.

Bought my Z4 (e89) here with a roof problem and a parking sensor fault. Matt gave me the bad news of the boot having water in, which I wasn't expecting, they sorted that out first and then moved onto the roof, all sorted out in the end and were extremely fair with the total hours they charged me for. BMW wanted my left kidney just to look at the car so very happy with the result, big thanks to Matt and all that worked on my car. Everything is still working as it should and I can put the roof down without having to pull the boot lid up, looking like a muppet, thanks again guys. Please give these guys a ring if you have any problems with your car, they will do there best for you.21st Sept 23Another visit to Autowerx, this time it was the high pressure fuel pump. All work carried out to the usual high standard and very well priced. The new premises look great, workshop looks very neat and tidy and I'm very pleased with the car. I always use Matt and his team for this kind of work because I trust them, you know your in good hands and they have all the latest tech to really sort the problem. A quick shout out to Jess, who was probably getting fed up of me ringing because I'm so forgetful. Thanks again to the whole team for another faultless experience. I rarely write a review, but after years of excellent customer service I just had to leave one for Matt and the team. They are always so accommodating despite being so busy. Everything is clearly explained, the workshop is so professional and prices so much better than a main dealer.

I have used the services of Autowerx for over 6-7 years and only have good words to say about Matt and the team. They are honest, trustworthy, provide a great service and will never give you bad advice - they have never tried to rip me off and I always feel that my cars are in good hands…Aamir
