What a great guy . And he did a marvellous job installing our boiler and servicing our central heating systemHaving lived here for forty years I would say he is one of the best locally.

Excellent service, reliable , professional friendly. We have been using Piers now for few jobs and are in diary for annualBoiler service, we feel extremely grateful to have found piers and shall continue to use him for all our plumbing jobs in future.

I rang Piers Nicholson last Friday and he said he would come round and give me a quote today around 3pm, I agreed and said I would be home all day so that was fine. I waited, and waited and eventually 2 and 1/2 hours later, after he still hadn’t arrived (or phoned me), I rang and left a voicemail saying not to bother. Very poor customer service, very unprofessional and downright rude! I would not recommend him to anyone, or use him myself, a waste of space.
