Excellent service throughout!We were looked after extremely well by Bruce, Penny, and the team when purchasing our first home.They offered good value for money and were always upfront with costs and what was involved.Their customer service and response time was great, especially considering the pandemic and how busy the housing market has been.In addition to being first time buyers we had some nuances that needed to be dealt with. They took the time to explain everything and advise us on the best course of action.Throughout there were no surprises, everything went to plan and within the target time frame.I would highly recommend!

Awful experience. Never return calls, don't update on sale, taken months and months for a very simple sale to go through. Given incorrect information by an assistant telling us he was a Solicitor, who suddenly then 'disappeared'. The whole team are so rude and poor communicators.Absolutely appalling service and would recommend to NO ONE.Don't go cheap, go reputable!

After getting a few quotes for sorting the purchasing of a property we decided to go with Taunton Solicitors due the number of highly positive reviews and the reasonable quote we received and we're extremely glad we did.Adam was especially helpful, even though the entire industry was under strain from a sudden increase in property sales/purchases during the stamp duty holiday he was always willing to pick up the phone to explain things, give reasonable suggestions and answer any questions we had about the process.The only criticism I could probably offer is that the process took twice the amount of time quoted on the outset of engaging their services. However, to be fair to them, this delay was experienced by everyone in the industry.I certainly wouldn't hesitate recommending their services to others and we will certainly use them again in the future.

Abi oversaw the purchase of a house for me. Despite sellers solicitors being slow she continued to push and got everything done. Transparent costing, regular updates on email and phone calls. Honestly couldn't have asked for more. Great service.

Without a doubt the best conveyancing solicitors I have ever used. Always takes calls and always happy to do whatever is necessary, definitely makes you feel represented rather than just going through the motions. Our case has been somewhat complicated but Laura happy to provide advice anytime. We have moved house over 10 times and will never use another solicitor again. We used Taunton Solicitors for a recent house sale and purchase. They were very good from start to finish, particularly Cindy Benbow who was brilliant at making sure everything was done and in plenty of time for a few looming deadlines.

I visited this firm with my brother having just lost our mother less than two weeks before to collect her will. We were dealt with by the receptionist, who was clearly very inexperienced, whilst standing at the reception desk without any offer of condolences for our loss or a seat, drink or private office to hand over our personal documents having travelled some distance. Also at no point were we asked if the firm could be of assistance with the administration of the estate. Not that I would use them after this experience!
