I am actually disgusted over the lack of morals and compassion this owner of this company has. My partner took a child who is in care along with my son for a fun day out. Paid £75 and was refused upon entry as one of the children was 9 and you need to be 10 in which my partner didn’t realise. My partner spoke to the Owner whose only care is about money evidently as he refused to refund or even give a gift card for when this little boy turns 10. For the record this was this child (who is in care) activity money therefore he won’t be able to do anything for the rest of the month. Shocked that someone can lack such compassion.

Fantastic experience, took my wife and kids at the weekend, their first time they’re and I’m already getting the “can we go back” .. great service from the Daytona crew and reception workers. We’ll definitely be back!

As a group of 3 we did the escape room, I have done two before in different places and this was by far the best and most immersive escape room I've done so far! The zombie theme is very fun, they do warn you about the jump scares but that doesn't stop them from getting you! Thanks to the game master we had, she was excellent.

Great experience but poor administration. I took my two teenage grandchildren here last week and they thoroughly enjoyed it. However, it wasn't until i got home and received the email with their results that I realised they should have had two sessions, not just one.When i sent an email to head office they said we should have known to wait for a second session, but a member of staff told the kids where to put their suits and helmets instead of telling us to wait for a second session.They refused to give a refund for the session not used. in my opinion they need to tell visitors clearly at the start that they will have a gap between the first and second session. They say the children were told during the briefing, but when they were told they had two sessions, they thought it meant one each.I am sure we are not the only people to have made this mistake, and some clear signage or clear instruction needs to be added to their protocol.Otherwise, the karting experience itself was amazing.

Great day out, kids loved it and wished I could have a go. The place was very clean and run very efficiently. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will join in next time myself. They have various times, sessions just for kids, mixed family and more experienced.

Stay well clear of this place booked my family to go here as I RACE professionally Al time..never seen unprofessional like it all my life ..SOMEONE is going to get killed on one of these tracks!!! especially the Falkirk one. accident waiting to happen. up the BACK TUNNEL FIRST RIGHT ON TRACK please watch what your doing if you go there with wee ones really dangerous can’t believe health safety not shut it this place down! plus just shows you what the owners are all about if there just letting it go all they are interested in is your money I would highly recommend going to LARKHALL or racing karts they are much safer they don’t clean there suits fact mines smelt like a dead body along with the unhappy staff !

Great fun for adults or kids ( if age limit permitted). Great track with steep tricky hill at center point of circuit. 100% recommend!

Booked in here yesterday for myself step son 10 and young person I used to look after 9 years old. Although I’ve been here numerous times before I hadn’t been with younger kids. Booked it at 3pm for 4.20pm . When I got there the guy asked the young persons age he told him 9 he said we couldn’t go on as you had to be 10. The young person was absolutely devastated by this as he had saved up for over a month and had travelled from Dundee.I was told to email the guy who runs it Barrie and explained the situation that it was a mistake on my part. I asked if he could give the young person a refund of £75 or even rearrange it for when he turns 10. Barrie was adamant that he had strict rules and wouldn’t do any of these and didn’t seem bothered about taking a 9 year olds £75. I will be going to other go karting places from now on . Hope his £75 is life changing for him.Updated 17/10/2023 reply. Maybe have a look at all your negative reviews from myself and other customers about your “strict laws”. Nobody likes strict anything people make mistakes. What I done was a complete mistake and was in a hurry to book. I didn’t want money back was only looking to get it rearranged as the place was empty. Also Barrie had the cheek to keep the young persons money he paid for gloves and balaclava that we didn’t receive. Stay well clear of this place.

Came here for an 11 year old's birthday treat. All equipment provided and plenty of staff on hand for any running-into-the-wall instances! Kids had a lot of fun, and there was a lot of patience for a more anxious participant. If you or your children have sensitive ears, then you might want to wear in ear earplugs; it was quite loud on track. Quality metal medals at the end, not plastic. Many thanks for an awesome time.

Honestly couldn't be happier with the staff and facilities. The staff were great with kids, explaining everything then answering all the kids questions, my son's 10th birthday was great. Will definitely be back.If you have any member of your party with extra needs then just explain what they need and the staff will accomadate.
