DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE. I begrudge even giving one star to this establishment. On multiple occasions I have unfortunately been served by the male in the post office who’s manner is rude and unwelcoming and his service slow. Always questionable prices for a post office and unhelpful advise. This is my local post office but I will be walking the extra mile to use another service as todays treatment has been the final straw. Not surprised to see others have had a similar experience. Please avoid.

The queue here is laid out completely wrong and forces you to queue in front of the door instead of around the aisle which would make a perfect one way system... instead your standing in the door when people come in so your 10cm away from them, it makes no sense.

Awful shop. Staff are rude and unwelcoming.The person tasked with managing the till is forever disappearing behind the back, rather than serving people, making people wait for ten/twenty minutes. The products are not clearly labelled and the price varies depending on who is serving you. Very dodgy indeed. I am seriously considering reporting them to trading standards.

Since the post office is now a local it has had a total makeover new owner,staff .It is now clean compared to the dusty one before and the service is top banana I'don't advise go in whereas I would have advised to avoid before.Also times have changed it opens at7am till 8pm mon-sat7am till7pmy sunIt has a lot more things to buy it has lotteryGreat wee shop now.

Every member of staff not wearing masks, barely pay attention, kinda rude and dismissive. Really not sure why I ever go there. There's a post office nearby and better shops nearby too.

Everytime I phone, the phone just rings out, no matter what time of day whether it's 10am or 3pm and i have to make my way up to the post office which is an inconvenience, to even ask them a question which could be done over the phone. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because the delivery driver for the Snappy Shopper app that they use is usually prompt and have no complaints there.

Advertised as being open until 6.45pm but refused to hand over parcel at 6pm. Stated stop providing post office services after 5.30pm - no signs up regarding this. Service in here is generally poor and slow.

I had a DPD parcel with barcode and the woman behind the counter said it would not scan. I work in a post office and if this ever happened you can easily type the bar code in. I mentioned this and was still told no bluntly. Because of this, I had to carry a heavy parcel to the nearest post office. Just terrible customer service all around especially as I was not rude in the slightest, coming from customer service myself. Really unhelpful and rude. Judging by the other reviews, it seems I'm not the only one who has experienced this. One star isn't low enough.
