Roberts and Owen arranged the funeral of my late father, Emyr Wynne Jones, and from our first visit, all the way through to the funeral, nothing was too much trouble for themWe dealt mainly with Janice and Alwyn, who were both extremely professional, caring and supportive throughout the whole process, as were the drivers and all members of the company.We would have no hesitation in recommending then to anyone who needs perfect service in a difficult time.Thank you all at Roberts and Owen

Excellent one week ago

We contacted Roberts & Owen and immediately got an answer. From point of contact the service was extremely professional and efficient. They paced the whole process excellently, making sure we as a family could process everything that was going on. They came and took care of our mother/grandmother late friday evening, not long after the initial phonecall. Allowed us to visit the parlour whenever we wished, alongside a warm and helpful welcome. Organising both the funeral and reception, they took in all our personal wants and considerations and made the whole process as simple as possible. Each member of staff were extremely caring and compassionate, smartly dressed and professional. They also allowed us to have our mother/grandmother home one last time the night before the funeral. On the day of the funeral they were timely, professional, and organised. Everything was perfect, from the cars to the order of service cards. Excellent service, easing the burden of those darkest of times.

Truly wonderful and lovely people who went out of their way to help when I needed to find my grandmother's grave as my father passed away 7 weeks ago in Kent but wished to be laid to rest with his mother who lived in rhostryfan.We hadn't seen her for quite some years so wasn't aware of where she was buried.Janice and Owien spent some time on Wednesday 29th July 2020 to search the cemeteries in rhostryfan and found where she lay.This was above and beyond what they had to do and helped a family in grieving?Truly lovely people who deserve praise and recognition for going as i say,Above and beyondMany thanks again John Newman.

Iolo and the team at Roberts and Owen handled my late mother's funeral with the utmost professionalism, respect and such kindness to the whole family. I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending them to anyone at what is the saddest and most heartbreaking time of life.
