Dean Riding Stables
We can highly recommend Dean Riding Stables. We booked a last minute stay, the B&B was very clean and spacious. Having an older family it meant we could all stay together. The breakfast was excellent and well presented. The men played golf on the nearby courses and the links course of Saunton was a little over half an hour away. Meanwhile the girls went riding over Exmoor on fit and very kind horses. We saw buzzards and deer, the horses were forward going for experienced riders but sane! Well cared for and you are able to have lessons if you require. The local pubs are good too.

Very accommodating and fitted my little grandaughter in for a taster session at the last minute. Thanks so much. Lovely quiet pony, she loved her first rid :-)

The staff were brilliant - put us at ease and matched us to the perfect horse for our ability. We had a great hack/lesson combo and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

What a fantastic experience for my 9 and 4 year old boys today. Very welcoming and professional hosts that met us on arrival and really lovely ladies taught the boys all they needed to know about the horses. Thanks to all at the stables for the memories they have created for the children. would highly recommend and will definitely revisit. Fantastic!!

Booked my daughter in for a quick lesson and small hack. She absolutely loved it. She has never ridden a horse so was nervous about trying, the instructor was very helpful and made sure she had a great lesson. Thank you.

Fabulous riding school and stables, friendly owners and staff all riding abilities catered for except disabled but there are disabled facilities just down the road, always busy with people having regular lessons and also people bringing their children for a hack out
