Same as every other one

I always see Gabby, she’s great and always knows just what to do to help my neck! All staff very friendly and helpful!

Martyn is wonderful, my headaches have disappeared since I went for my treatments.

Shocking service and representation!I didn’t even make into the practice as the receptionist told me the incorrect time on the phone.I’m not surprised they had a “same day appointment” everywhere else was full and I guess this reflects the service.I now have to continue in pain because of their admin error.

Have been coming here for years and its brilliant. Staff are lovely and professional and Gabi always sorts my back out. Would recommend anyone to come here.

I do not recommend this practice for the following reason. I came first time to this practice with my ex fiancée and helped with her treatment. Everything was ok, I booked my own appointment after in a few weeks time. During this time my relationship fall apart, however it was nothing to do with this practice. Due to personal reasons I have rescheduled my appointment and it was ok. Later I received a call from one of the therapist saying my appointment is cancelled and can’t be rescheduled for whatever time! When I asked why I didn’t get any sensible reply, basically no reason!Thanks so much for being so kind to me

Have been seeing Martyn at The Fishpond Practice for years. He has seen and helped all the members of my family including our children as babies. Would highly recommend.
