If you are looking for fast and quality service for your car, Halfords is a very good choise. Today i left my car at 8 am. The receptionist was very kind and thorough in explaining everything I was interested in. After leaving my car I received a call from them around 1p.m. to explain further what exactly needs to be done on the car. At 3 p.m. I received a call again informing me that my car is ready and I can take it. After I paid for the repair, I received an invoice which is also a 24-month warranty for the repair. What's better than that! Thank you to the team of Halfords.

Leaving a review simply because of lovely staff - spoke to ‘Becky’ yesterday when I was quoting up a car part and potential labour. She was friendly, honest and reassuring and made the time to get the answers to questions for me. Great customer rapport.

Avoid this garage. They are unprofessional, and time wasters. I booked in for 8:30, but I collected my car around 16:00. I have changed the 4 tires with wheel alignment but they’ve done very poor job. The car vibrates on high speed so went back to them, they checked the car and said: we apologise, the wheel balancing was not done probably and now we fixed the issue. Yet, whenever I am on the motorway the car still vibrates. Eventually, I took my car to another garage, done wheel balancing and wheel alignment and my car drives smoothly with no vibration.The other garage found only one tyre out of the four was balanced properly. Also, the wheel alignment was completely out.Avoid Halfords Erskine garage at any cost. Unless you want to waste your money and time.

Excellent and efficient service. Booked in for the free brake test service, hoping to just receive an assessment of the brake condition. Shortly after dropping the car off, I received a detailed update on the results, but was also informed about issues identified with my tyres too. I was offered the repairs at competitive prices, and the work was complete an hour later. Staff went above and beyond what I expected, and the staff member at reception provided great customer service. Would highly recommend!

Very good service and staff are super helpful. Always the go to place until the parking charge come out of nowhere.So please be very careful about the time you park when you visit or do MOT as you might end up paying euro car park a parking penalty charge which is ridiculous as it has always been free parking for MOT.

Great service from start to finish. Booked in for a brake test, and Phil was able to inform me of some fixes that my car needed. He was very clear in giving me the reasons for this, and I felt confident that it was being handled effectively. Thanks to all the team- will definitely be visiting again

I turned up at their busiest time with a flat tyre that was punctured, so needed changing. I was clearly flustered and late for work. They were absolutely lovely and really helpful. Can't recommend them enough.
