Phoned Pro Waste (pembs) today and to my amazement they arrived two hours later. Driver was amazing, pleasant and diligent, the job was completed to an excellent level and at a great price. Brilliant company who I would highly recommend. Many thanks to all.

First time I've used pro-waste as I've recently moved to Pembrokeshire from another part of the UK. Called in the morning, explained that there was no urgency, but they were still onsite by lunchtime! Very friendly and efficient, too. Excellent service, thoroughly recommended.

Excellent service cannot fault them in any way. What started of as an enquiry saw Pro Waste coming straight round to inspect the tanks. Appointment made to have tanks empties the next couple of days. The driver Lyndon phoned before arriving and was very efficient. Emptied tanks which took 2 loads and answered all questions.

We used ProWaste for the first time this week. They were on site within 2 days of our call to empty our septic tank. We have not had a sceptic tank before. The driver (Martin) was very helpful, professional and diligent.

I contacted Pro Waste on Friday afternoon to empty our sewage cistern, they arrived first thing next morning. I asked them if they could do the same on Sunday, Gareth said no problem call us any time which I did and he attended personally. This was an emergency and Pro Waste gave excellent service, clean, efficient and quick.

We've been customers of pro waste for years and their service has always been great. Today they surpassed themselves . We had a blockage this morning, I rang them at 10.30 am and Gareth was here by 2pm. problem solved , no fuss or bother, just an excellent service. Thank you.

A fantastic company to deal with, reliable,came when they were requested and did the works along with an additional survey to highlight the issues we have with the drainage.Nothing too difficult or complicated and very reasonably priced for the work we had done at the local Community Centre. Amazing service from Gareth and the team. Always efficient with communication and coming out to site at Redberth Gardens. Have used pro waste for a number of years on site and always available at any time emergency/non emergency call out. Would highly recommend and his team are always friendly as well which is a bonus.
