Wouldn't ever buy from them! 3 calls to discuss buying a smart car.........never returned my calls!! Clearly don't want my business!!

Cant afford a new one, but the service is good.

I love my 2011 smart for two but once out of warranty they would not help with the simple question of the key will not turn in the ignition" I said to them

Overall a pleasant experience and nice to deal with.

I cannot fault these folks. I recently purchased a new ForTwo from them (via CarWow), and they made the process extremely easy. They offered a price that was extremely competitive, yet did not attempt the usual negotiation nonsense (matts, fuel, delivery, etc). It was all included from the start.I was free to choose a specification and terms that suited me, not pressured into some 'special time-limited deal' as some other dealers had attempted.Once the car was ordered, they kept me informed of progress regularly and were quick to deliver it to me (at no additional cost) once it was manufactured.The chap who dropped the car off was friendly and organised (having brought the paperwork for me to sign).Following delivery they called to check I was happy with the vehicle (which I am).Sadly I won't be having the car serviced with them, as they aren't local to me - but if it were at all practical I would, simply because I've been so impressed by their sales staff.

Very impressed with Sandown except their usual lack of ability to refit the bonnet correctly this happens nearly every time

It's the best place in Poole to buy a new Smart car, or even a second hand one. I would NEVER go anywhere else (unless I didn't want a smart car or I wasn't in Poole).
