Booking online appears to be a complete waste of time!We booked family hour" online for 9am the following day and waited for the email confirmation to come through. Checking online you could see that the day we were booking for was now showing 29 available

Went for my son's birthday party. The host looked totally bored and was unhelpful. While waiting with the children who had finished bowling she played games like 'pretend you have been stabbed...with 6 year old children?!!! When we complained about the party to the manager in writing the complaint was closed without even a word of acknowledgment. I resent the complaint saying there had been no response and it was closed again without a word. For a party that was ok but just terrible hosting, customer service has been appalling. I have advised people not to have parties there due to the terrible customer service and personally wouldn't use any of their services ever again.

Good place to kill an hour or two. Went in here one evening on a visit to Southend. 2 games of bowling for 2 adults was very cheap. There's arcade games just outside the main bowling area and there's a medium sized bar with TV screens which show the football. Even had a DJ in there later on in the evening. Overall a pleasant and non hassle experience.

Great value for money £2.50 a bowl! Only disappointment was that the food wasn't available when we got there at 6.30pm & would have loved to have had some chips & onion rings whilst bowling, over all great atmosphere & great staff

Looks so much nicer in there now but the bowling facilities haven't improved much. Balls are old and dirty but it's not unbearable. Staff could at least pretend to be happy lol however despite all this it's still a fun place to go even if not just bowling

Do NOT play the arcade machines at this place. I went bowling twice on different occasions I've inserted coins and not got credit and when I go to the counter they say phone this number as they are not responsible for machines in their site!!!! I called and left messages and never been contacted back. What a con. If I had time I would complain to trading standards about this as surely not correct. Meanwhile, I just avoid the place and go Basildon Festival Lesiure Bowling instead, much nicer there anyway and better arcade machines.

You know it's not the best bowling alley but it does the job. Lots of lanes, a bar, arcade machine pool tables. They have added a little cafe and soft play area. (Soft play is really good, clean lots of things for the little kids) staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of offers so always best to check online. I've been before and I'll happily go again.

Bowling is really fun and staff are nice enough, but the food service was appalling. We waited half an hour for some chips and onion rings and 50 mins for some bbq chicken wings! We wanted to eat together but couldn't. I think they need to have a sort out of their schedule.

I had a soft play party here at the last minute for my son's 4th birthday. We'd never been before but it was recommended by a friend. From the start to end of the party I was really relaxed (a very unusual feeling at a kids party!). The staff were very helpful and everything was organised to make the party go smoothly. The food was a very good quality and overall the party was great value for money. Will definitely return.

Worst bowling establishment I’ve ever been in. Rude staff. Bowling alley is outdated and the pins knock them self over. Pool table keeps your money and the white ball gets stuck. Staff don’t want to help or refund when things goes wrong. Absolutely rubbish would not recommend this place. The fact the bowling system doesn’t work is ridiculous.Had to move lanes because the lanes don’t work properly. Game disrupted.No one is ever on the bar, it’s like one person does 10 jobs. Never seen such a miserable cat faced girl, literally looked like someone stole her cat food the way she looked.Bit of a rip off too, it’s cheaper in London to play bowling than this place which stinks of wee.0 stars.
