I have had the pleasure of living in one of Richard’s properties for 2 years now. Nothing has ever been an issue for him. If something has broken or ever gone wrong in the house, he has been able to sort it either himself or get some round quickly. He has been very supportive for all of us during our time at uni!

I have nothing but good things to say about Richard and 52 Hervey Street! We loved living here for 2 years during our time at uni. Richard was a helpful and understanding landlord who never hesitated to help us out if needed! Couldn’t recommend him or his houses enough!

Really enjoyed our year at Hervey Street. Richard was a fab landlord. Nothing too much trouble and always kept us in the loop. It was a breath of fresh air compared to other landlords we had tried in the area.
