Great service and amazing finished product. Such a niche industry and we struggled to find someone to repair our 120 year old bannister. So glad we landed on these guys! Can’t comment on their service as I ordered spindles from them over six months ago, old one sent together with measurements of new one (needs to be longer).Only communication has been responding to my requests and then just to give me a future date when they should be ready.Disappointed and waiting.
