When getting my flat ready to sell I started looking for estate agents. Most were sales men and felt like they were saying things to close the sale. Lynne was like a breath of fresh air! She was warm, likeable, honest and very helpful.I chose her as she was offering a great service and helped reduce the stress from the process. She really went above and beyond with advice and help. When initially looking to put my property on the market, I found it overwhelming trying to choose an estate agent. There were all different numbers and commissions being thrown at me. But then I met Lynne. She was the estate agent for the property I was purchasing. She came round to see my flat and talk me through her services, costs & charges. It was straightforward and easy. She was so personable and friendly, and it was a relief to know she would be the only person who I would need to deal with.My favourite part of working with Lynne, was probably the relationship I built with her. She was like overly helpful, knowledgeable friend rather than a relationship based on a contractual agreement. She kept me in the loop with everything and rode out the emotional rollercoaster with me. She shared in my excitement and when necessary tried to take the stress away from me, even if it meant she took the stress on herself. My selling experience was quite stressful in the latter stages, for reasons out with Lynne’s control, yet she stepped in and took it all in her stride, making it a lot easier for me. I honestly don’t think we would have swapped the keys and got into the new house on the agreed date if it wasn’t for Lynne and all the effort she put in right up until the final minute. She went completely above and beyond.I cannot recommend Lynne enough, honestly she was amazing throughout and even after, extending her help into aftersales too. Lynne is absolutely wonderful to work with. As a trainee solicitor it can be hard to find like-minded people in the property industry, who really do genuinely care for clients - not just commission. Lynne was all about my client from day one, and became a significant and important part of the transaction. As Lynne had such good knowledge of the property itself, my client was able to ask her all kinds of niche things and Lynne always knew the answers. HiAfter dealing with a previous estate agent who were - all say it politely (Not very good) I was given Lynnes Number .
