Hands down the best service I have ever received! Zach managed to repair my two antique diamond rings for a fraction of the price I would normally paid using someone's else services. I can't describe how happy I am! I don't know how he was able to replace a very old missing diamonds but he did! And done an absolutely great job. It's worth mentioning that I don't live in London. I was risking a lot sending my valuable rings to someone I didn't know and who lives so far away but I'm glad I did! Zach is very honest and super professional person. I will never go anywhere else!

Top service on all fronts! Zach repaired a vintage platinum engagement ring that had a crack in its structure that led to some of the set stones coming loose.He sorted everything out to accommodate the short time we were in town for a very reasonable price. And the work he did was amazing. Very satisfied!

I can not praise Zach enough. He resized a ring for me. While any other repair service (including some big designer houses) either refused to or ensured me there will be a mark, Zach did an amazing job - there is no mark, the ring looks like new. Quick turn around, a couple of days only, while, again, some pretentious jewellers take 2 weeks. Fair prices too! I would highly recommend this Jewellery Repair Service.Zach can also design whatever you have in mind, he is a true jeweller and a joy to talk to!

Zach was the only person who took up the challenge, and he handled it flawlessly. Extremely quick, very fair prices, and a great joy to talk to. I can only give my highest recommendations!
