Fantastic service from James today. He came out to fix a problem with our boiler, was really thorough and explained everything to me. He sorted the problem quickly but took the time to check it was properly up and running before he left. Friendly and efficient, will definitely call James in the future.

James of JCS plumbing was so professional, friendly and polite. He went out of his way to fit a new boiler for me when they were already busy.They did a great job at a competitive price.He kept everything as tidy as he could whilst working, so I could still get around when needed with my walking frame.He explained everything he was doing and afterwatds showed me how to use the controls. He said I could contact him if I needed any help.I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

James was outstanding from start to finish. He took out my old out of date system which included two tanks and a very old boiler and had the new one up and running the very same day!He explained what he was doing every step of the way and was very knowledgeable about the setup and addition runnings of the house. Super friendly and professional and the level of workmanship is very high.

The service we received from first contacting James was excellent. His prices were competitive and the whole process was very quick from contact to fitting the new boiler, radiator and new valves. I wanted my gas boiler servicing and after reviewing JCS Plumbing & Heating on GOOGLE I had no hesitation in contacting them.I had a quick response from James giving a price and date.Lewis the engineer arrived and I was very impressed with his friendliness, knowledge and the great job he did with in servicing my boiler. I explained to Lewis that the previous company who did my servicing were no where as thorough as he was.I will definitely be using JCS for my annual boiler service and any plumbing work I may need.

I contacted James to have a look and give me a quote to replace my old combi boiler.James came, and was very straight talking (which I like) and explained our options and makes of boilers plus answered all our questions as we had to have a condensating drain pipe installed as all new boilers now need. He gave us a price and left with no pushy sales.James contacted me on the installation day to say he was on his way and would be at our in 30 minutes. He started by laying down mats to keep the area as tidy as possible then started his work. He worked continuously through the day, removing the old boiler, flushing the heating system, then installing the new equipment.James explained everything to us as he installed the new boiler and control panel, and said If we had any queries regarding the boiler controls he said just phone him and he would answer them all.We are so pleased with the installation of the new boiler and control panel and all the work that James put in. JCS were absolutely brilliant and rescued the leak in our ceiling on the same day with no call out charge! They came round as quickly as they could and identified the leak quickly from the boiler pipe and repaired it in no time! They were all very friendly and professional and tidied up the place after, highly recommended !
