Shaun was quick to respond and incredibly helpful! I had been struggling with my washer for a week and he was able to fix it quickly and give me tips for the future which I really appreciate. Not only that but he helped diagnose the issue with my extractor fan whereas others had just said I needed to replace it - thank you very much!

We’ve had Shaun do two jobs for us now and he has been excellent both times. He is very quick to respond and speedy with his appointments. Most recently I’ve become a landlady and being on the other side of the world has been no problem in arranging appointments, getting the job done and payment. Shaun is probably one of the very few contractors you can trust to turn up, do the job and charge you fairly. We will always use Shaun now and we will certainly recommend him to everyone we know in Newport.

Messaged the day before, turned up on time, diagnosed the issue and showed the problem, gave a price before doing anything. Replaced an oven heating element quickly, showed it working, nice guy, would 100% recommend and use in the future for anything else.

Dishwasher repair-Shaun was very professional and quick to respond when contacted (even when on holiday) he identified the issue and fixed it as soon as he had the part. Would highly recommend and will not hesitate to contact again is we have any further issues. Great service and top guy *****

Shaun came over today and was immediately able to solve our washing machine problem. Came right on time and was done in under 20 minutes. Checked the machine before leaving and all was well. Very good. Would highly recommend. Next time there's an issue, we will be calling Shaun!

Brilliant service, couldn't ask for more. No messing around with callout, came when he said and was very knowledgable and honest. Ultimately I decided to replace the dishwasher instead of repairing it but I won't hesitate to use again when, inevitably, one of my other appliances fails.

We text Shaun over the weekend and asked if he would be able to come and look at our oven. He text back, saying when he would be available and came to the house today as he said he would. A very professional service, prompt, good value and on time. We will definitely use again for any of our appliances and will tell friends.
