Super Dry Roofing And Building

We have recently used Superdry Roofing & Building to fix a leak and also repair ridge tiles and the chimney stack. The initial leak was fixed quickly, preventing further internal damage. Then as soon as the weather was suitable they repaired the ridge tiles and chimney stack. The lads that came round were polite and professional, the price was reasonable and the work guaranteed.They also cleaned up all the mess before they left.I would definitely recommend Superdry Roofing & Building

Our roof received excellent work from James's crew. He collaborated with us to choose a pricing that suited our needs, and everything turned out as planned. Every day, the men arrived in the morning and worked until around 4-5 pm. Roof x4's outdated shingles were promptly removed and replaced with a lovely new one. After cleanup, there were a few nails left over, but for us, it wasn't a big concern.

Really good communication from the start, helpful answers to my questions. Quickly organised a day and time to arrive and completed the repairs efficiently... was sent all the photos of before and after so l could see what work was done. Lovely mannered individuals too. The guy was called to fix two roof leaks we had, not much investigation just assumed it was the stack to which we went with as he was meant to know what he's doing. Paid just under a thousand pound for abit of pointing on top of our chimney and two toppers (yes we got very much overcharged).He tried the quick fix but charged the full price. This didn't fix the issue in fact did absolutely nothing so he came back, replaced a tile they had broken whilst working and left again. Still leaking and then wanted more money to come back and sort the actual leaks.Work isn't guaranteed as shown by our experience only on his terms, save your money and get someone one who will actually investigate and sort the issues.

Superdry come out when they say they will, very reliable. Do the job in good time for a reasonable price. Professional and friendly to deal with. We've used them for a couple of jobs as has our neighbour and they are good to their word and will come back if there are any follow up queries etc. Send proper paperwork if you request it. James is one of the good guys.
