Barclay gas services

Exceptional young man. The planned work was to remove a gas fire and cap. Before this was done when doing a safety check Billy discovered a gas leak. The fire was removed quickly and efficiently. Billy then spent another 2 plus hours to find the leak. Absolutely nothing to do with the gas fire. We are so grateful to Billy for making our home safe. No hesitation in recommending this first class gas fitter.

Billy came to service the boiler in a property we had just moved into. The boiler was badly corroded due to the flue not sitting correctly and had to be condemned. Billy ordered a new boiler and came when he said and fitted our new boiler in a day.Was punctual, worked all day to get it finished and tidied up after himself.I would have no hesitation in recommending Barclay Gas Services!

Billy contacted me after I posted in a Facebook group looking for recommendations to fit a new boiler, and was able to give me a quote the same day, and book me in for the installation less than a fortnight later. He fitted the boiler today and I’m delighted with the work- he explained everything really well, sent all paperwork afterwards really promptly, and the area he had been working in was left absolutely spotless too. Also very pleased with the price of the boiler when compared to other quotes we received! Huge relief to have our broken boiler replaced before Christmas. Thanks again!

I would highly recommend Barclay Gas services. Our boiler was condemned on Monday and a new one fitted and set up on Thursday. Very helpful and keeping me updated on what was happening, as it did not turn out to be an easy job, from finding a gas leak to having an airlock somewhere in the system, then getting all the radiators to work properly and showing me how to using the thermostat properly and clearing up after.

Billy serviced the boiler and central heating. He was very thorough and gave me advice re an issue I had with heating. 5*
