Sharn is a very experienced jeweller. While we were being served by Tom, a customer came in with jewellery that she’d paid way too much for. Sharn valued the items at less than a third of the price paid. The customer was naturally disappointed but Sharn advised her to get it valued by several other jewellers before selling, rather than pushing for a sale. What this shows is that Sharn is someone you really can trust - she’s straightforward and honest. She will offer the best price she can based on real value.
