Spice Island Chilli

I first came across Liam and his Spice Island chilli sauces in the streets markets and events around Castle Road and Palmerston Road in Southsea. His happy demenour and the passion he shows when telling you about spice and hot sauces are contagious, meaning you can't help but want to try his amazing products. His Centurion 1744 very quickly became my favourite hot sauce, and I do shop around and try new ones all the time! I am yet to find a better tasting one that blends both heat and amazing tasty flavour, be it to dip in, cook with, you name it! The rest of the range is also fantastic and he's got a sauce for everyone, so no one needs to miss out. His range also make fantastic gifts, sure to please anyone who likes a bit of flavourful spice!

I first experienced Spice Island Chilli quite a few years ago when they had a stall at Portsmouth Food Festival in gunwharf. They had Nachos to dip in the sauces to try and they were so good we bought them. Been buying from them ever since. My favourite is the 1774 Centurian. Certainly spices up your cooking creations. I mix low fat Mayonnaise with it for a delicious spicy Mayonnaise, for sandwiches and dipping etc. Liam is great. He has delivered my order to me personally a couple of times as I am fairly local. The sauces and service from Liam and his team is second to none. I would definitely recommend to everyone!!

These are the best range of chilli sauces I have ever tasted in this country. The range of flavours and heat levels mean that there is literally something for everyone. Whether you're using them as a sauce or a marinade, you will not be disappointed.

We came across Spice Island Chilli in a shop in the New Forest and have now bought several bottles on-line (as a family of chilli sauce lovers!) I think Bligh's Revenge is probably our favourite - so far - because of the depth of flavours, but we also love the kick of Centurion 1744 (and we've braved Ghost Ship!)

Best chilli sauces ever, made with love & care, really good shelf life too. If you're new to Spice Island then try the Drake's Gold & Centurion, you can't go wrong with those two. Also look out for their special offers and mix & match.

I bought a rack of these sauces for my son and he loved them so much that I bought him the same again.He's now looking forward to trying the other flavours that he has not yet tasted.Great products, prices and serviceI'd highly recommend this company

I just love these sauces. When I first discovered Liam in Brixham, I had a chat and talked about all the ingredients, he was informative and so interested. I bought my first bottle and enjoyed it so much, ordered more on line..I've tried most of them but my favourite is the Ghost Ship. Not for the faint hearted. The one with rum is also really good. Spice Island Chilli sauces are all fabulous, we always have the full range in our house.The service is great too, super fast delivery if you have to order them.I'd definitely recommend them all but Centurion 1744 is my personal favourite.

A wide selection of Chilli Sauces, all from the historic Spice Island of Portsmouth. Excellent selection all aptly named, such as Drakes Gold, Blighs Revenge and Hardys Kiss.Would most definitely recommend trying these.Excellent customer service, any problems sorted out immediately.
