Aikido Seishin Kai

I have been practicing Aikido here for approximately 3 months. My confidence and fitness levels are much improved, and getting better each week.There is level of support and encouragement that has exceeded anything I could have hoped for.I feel more focused in every day living and know that I can visit the classes twice weekly if I choose to in order to improve fitness and techniques.
