Very professional and reliable. We had our boiler serviced by Groves Gas and they gave us a quote on underfloor heating. Always friendly and on time. Would definitely use them again for any heating work.

1st class service from everyone at Groves Gas.Shaun turned up when he stated to price the job and provided a quote and dates when the work could be carried out within the time he said.Kirsty was amazing in the office replying to emails promptly and always accommodating any of our requests to delay aspects of work because of delays with other trades.All the boys turned up on time, were polite, approachable and were happy to answer any questions.Thank you for the new central heating, radiators and shower.Would highly recommend and have already recommended to others.Thanks again.

I originally contacted Groves Gas about servicing my boiler - excellent process throughout and very happy with the work. Whilst Craig was looking at the boiler he also had a quick look at an issue with a poorly draining toilet - it turned out the toilet needed to be raised slightly on a plinth to get the correct angle on the pipework. I sourced a Plinth online and arranged for Groves to fit it. Billy did all the work to an incredibly high standard, prompt, efficient and very tidy - all at a great price. Won't go anywhere else for any plumbing work from now on, First Class!

Would highly recommend this company. Tried everything to get a company in newport gwent to come and instal a brand new cooker to no luck ( ask to call back or they would call me back to be ignored). One call to groves gas and it wad booked in straight away without any problems. Scott the Engineer was really friendly and quick at the work ( great conversation :) . Many thanks everyone! Even had a phone call to confirm the certificate was in the post . Great customer service.

So grateful for Groves today. Our boiler was found to be leaking 2 days ago. We had someone else booked to come and fix it but they cancelled last minute. We rang Groves at 9am and by 2 they were in our house fixing the boiler. So grateful to have our heating and hot water back! Thank you so much again.

Excellent services,helpful and friendly staff. We have our yearly boiler checks completed from groves and always recommend them. Always clean around work space once finished and very prompt on emergency calls.
