We couldn't be happier with SWS.We have had fixed wireless broadband at work for about four years, it's been almost 100% reliable and if there are issues it's generally down to planned maintenance and we are told beforehand.We've just had an upgrade which gives us a stupidly fast 200mbps broadband for both download and upload.The team are friendly and knowledgeable and I get the feeling they really care about us... A far cry from the big telcos.

Dreadful experience. Over priced unreliable provision of service, with non existing customer service. Regular drop outs, and days with no service at all. You can't ever engage with customer services and if you are lucky enough to actually speak to someone? They promise alot and deliver nothing. Do yourself a favour and go else where! I certainly will be. Extremely disappointed and frustrated.

Very poor service, always going off, often for hours. You can never speak to anyone from Friday to Monday when it goes off most frequently. My direct debit is collected on time though. I'm pretty disgusted with the whole setup.

Honestly would not recommend at all! At first it seemed ok but never connected to bedrooms in a very small house... and I mean small. This is a constant hassle having to use unreliable mobile data when you are paying for this (even having to hotspot my laptop).Every day the wifi is slow... and no faster than our EE broadband. you.Its a poor shame when you pay for this and can only use the wifi in two rooms of the house. Sadly no music in the shower :(I often have important work and deadlines I have to meet. When the wifi is constantly dropping out and my mobile data cannot hotspot my laptop, I have to resort to going to friends houses or public spaces to carry out this work. Which is outrageous!And if you have a call out, trust me they will find a way to blame you for the issue so you are charged. The broadband was not working. We did nothing ad contacted sws they instructed us to take out wires, put them in, switch it on and off. This was told to be done several times. Which clearly got confusing when the wires are are similar - to then be charged as the wire was in the wrong slot - but ignoring that it was their fault beforehand!AVOID AT ALL COST - GO ELSEWHERE AND PAY THAT LITTLE EXTRA

The customer service from SWS was decent in getting through to their help desk, the problem was frequently needing to do so due to constant dropouts with the connection. Since moved to Starlink which is more expensive but way more reliable for rural connectivity (0 dropouts in 12 month).

I’m with sky broadband and whenever my service drops I run a speed test and it is always connected sws.poor service there will be a complaint going in to sky with proof

Great company. Have been with them a few years now and their customer service is brilliant. Highly recommended. A thousand times better than BT!
