The server ruined our whole experience by messing up the order and then we were forced to au for the food we did not order and did not want. It was very hot inside and the seats offered were all torn and ripped.

We stopped off at the cafe for a cold refreshing drink. Unfortunately they had no raspberry lemonade so we stuck with strawberry.It was ok not worth £7.95 EACH and 12.5% service charge on top.The staff didn't give you a chance to sit down before asking if we were ready to order.We didn't stay for cake or food but it did look nice.Toilets weren't very nice and could do with a clean or wipe down every hour, it looks 'posh' from the outside so it should be up to standards.

We had very bad experience in this shop. The cake we had mould on the strawberry (Strawberry Gateau) and taste also not fresh. When we called the staff and explained the problem, the staff lied and said the cake arrived the night before from the supplier and just one day later mould appeared. Also he said it’s not first time that they have this happen so it’s just normal to them. They don’t care about the food safety and customers health. Even when we asked the bill and it was calculated as well. So disappointed and felt sick because of this bad quality and had mould cake.

Although the staff was kind, the cakes were not fresh and not even tasty regardless the price, that was almost £10 for each piece. In addition the coffee was mediocre. Very dissapointing.

My worst coffee shop experience!!!We wanted to drink a coffee and relax with my partnerinstead, first I got angry, and later we both laughed until we cried.Customer service: 0.0 coffee tastes bitter, toilet is very dirty, old and dirty cups, we sat on the street and when I asked for an ashtray, they brought a cup coaster with a wet tissue.At first I thought they were just joking but not.We are coffee lovers.My partner told me he had never seen anything like this in his 43 years.Unfortunately I couldn't drink the coffee, but I tried. Disgusting.It was over £10 and I left with a very bad experience.I don't even know what they think. The manager should think about replacing the cups and training the people for regular service.Thank you for the unforgettable experience I had fun.

Caffè Concerto Haymarket
I've always liked Caffè Concerto for their cakes especially and they've become a bit of a tradition for my partner and I as we come every week if we can for tea and sometimes cake too.We finally came for a sit down meal this last Valentine's Day and the food is really delicious too! I have to say we both feel that the staff in this branch in particular are super friendly and accommodating! Thank you to Caique, Daria and Camilla for always being warm, kind and welcoming! They give a lot of attention to detail and care for their customers!I'd definitely recommend you give this particular branch a visit if you're ever considering giving Caffè Concerto a try!

Caffè Concerto Haymarket
We were very excited to see a display of such lovely cakes in the window. The staff were friendly and packaged two slices to take home. Unfortunately, 20 minutes later when we got home and opened them, one piece had mould on the strawberry (Strawberry Gateau) and the Black Forest Cake was stale on one side.
