Great service and very helpful staff

Completely unhappy with the service from Swarovski. I bought an item in September 2014. A beautiful necklace. One of the Jewels fell off back in December 2014, so I took it to the Reading Branch which is over 40 miles away just to get there. They said they would not take it, as they are not sending items so close to Christmas. So I came back in January 2015, after 160 miles of driving altogether. They took it to fix, after two months of this being fixed another Jewel fell off. I was told this was due to me not looking after it properly and that it must have come off due to perfume and wear and tear. I've taken this necklace back countless times and now I have wasted 320 Miles for it to be fixed. I understand wear and tear, but I've not worn it that much and I don't wear it with perfume!!! I work in customer service and find this so unacceptable! COMPLETELY UNHAPPY. I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH SWAROVSKI AGAIN.

Staff members were attentive without being pushy. There seems to be an abundance of jewelry and less collectables.Still some very beautiful pieces.

Had a lovely time with my friend and ended up picking out a ring each thanks to one of the trainee sales assistant (I've forgotten her name!). Many thanks to her for being so hospitable!

Spent several hours trying to navigate there appallingly slow website on Christmas day. Finally I was able to get to the payment section only to find that was broken and I could not effect payment despite 8 attempts. This is what happens when a tier one retailer fails to invest enough in there web site to ensure a good customer experience at peak times. They must be losing millions in business as customers give up and get frustrated.

Super impressed with the customer service in store, Mike was extremely kind and friendly. He was enthusiastic and welcoming to any problems we had. Great selection of stock and had lots of different sizes and options available. Was not my first time shopping there, they are such a high quality brand, and after the customer experience I had in store it certainly won’t be the last.

Great place for special gifts. Social distancing at oracle at its best. Good order maintained overall.

It's sad that there are negative posts about this shop. I've gone in there several times and have had good service over and above expectations, and found the staff friendly and helpful even when they are learning. I would recommend them to anyone.:)

Great staff, had a problem with one of my daughter’s necklace and it was sorted quick and professional. The girls in here are amazing!! Thank you so much, hope everyone get treated in same manner in Swarovski shop.
