David designed and made the most wonderful engagement ring using diamonds from a family heirloom. The whole process was great with lots of examples and photos of examples to help guide us through from initial ideas to seeing the ring. I cannot put into words how pleased we are or how much I would recommend David and Parchment Jewellers.

I found parchment jewelers at the end of my engagement ring shopping day, and I'm so so glad I did! I had previously found a ring in a different shop that I loved but was too expensive. I explained this to David and he found the exact one I liked and helped me find a way to make it within my budget!! He wasn't pushy at all and gave me the option of going home to think about buying it. He then asked the engagement date and agreed to have it made before then. Once I had proposed, my fiancée and I went back there and he resized it free of charge. I cannot recommend this man and his business enough!!! He also has a great sense of humour ;) thank you so much David you're a legend!!!

We were thrilled with the earrings David made for our sister's 50th Birthday. He took care to educate us about choices of settings, quality of diamonds and gave us a credit for some scrap gold we had. Highly recommended.

We went to Parchment Jewellers because of the wonderful reviews and we were not disappointed. We had rings resized and a chain fixed, all at a very reasonable (non Winchester) price. Fantastic customer service, we would definitely use them again.

David was fantastic, taking us through every step of the process, explaining the pros and cons of different materials, styles, and finishes, and ensuring we knew how best to care for our rings. He paid particular attention to the shape of my wedding band, making sure it complements my engagement ring perfectly. David's customer service is excellent, I can't recommend him enough!
