Right Carpets Lower Darwen

DO NOT USE!Poor quality carpets, even poorer quality fitting. Carpets fitted 12 months ago, have had the fitters back twice, now the carpets have frayed, and apparently its pet damage?- no, it's because their was no gripper rods put down to keep the carpets in place!, no glue, no nothing. The hoover lifts the carpets as they are so loose.My sister in law origionally recommended this shop as she had her carpets from here but shes had the same problem!The shop dont call back, or answer emails. Trading standards are dealing with it now!Seriously, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!!!!

Staff were really nice, carpet quality looked really good. The fitter came and fitted it and after he had left and I had cleared away the rubbish I noticed that the carpet hadn't been fitted into the skirting properly. On closer inspection the carpet was coming away from the stairs too. I rang the store up and the man was very helpful. He did mention that there was a fault with the carpet backing which caused the carpet to lift up (this wasn't mentioned when we were purchasing the carpet) and that another couple had the same issue and the fitter had gone back and sorted it by spraying adhesive and this had sorted the problem out. So the fitter came out again and apparently sorted the problem out. A couple of days later I was vaccuming the stairs and landing and the carpet started lifting up again. Rang them up the next day only to be told that there is nothing wrong with the carpet and I was never told that there was an issue with the carpet. The manager then came out to check the fitting. He said someone would come out and tack the carpet down. A week later we hadn't heard anything so I rang up and said I would like a refund as I wasn't happy with the service and the fact that we'd had issues from day one! My husband received a call from who we think was the owner who told my husband that we hadn't been told that there was an issue with the carpet of that anyone had an issue with it. We would not get a refund, basically he was very rude! Then I rang back and said can someone just come and sort the carpet out. The fitter rang to say he was on his way and then rang back and said he's come the next morning!!!!! Fed up and not happy at all. Will not be recommending this place to anyone. Especially as it had been recommended to us. Sorry for the rant!!!!

Had bedroom carpet fitted today by Right Carpets at Lower Darwen. Great job and friendly fitter. Staff in shop very helpful and the prices were absolutely amazing. Highly Recommended.Will be using them again soon.Quality.

We went to several companies for a quote for a Hall, Stairs and Landing fit.Right Carpets provided an excellent experience from start to finish.Paul and his team were knowledgeable, polite and professional throughout and arranged the quote, samples and fit very swiftly.The fit itself was to a very high standard and completed on the date we agreed without any issues.We have had an excellent aftercare service too, and would recommend Right Carpets without hesitation.We will definitely be back to Right Carpets for any additional work we need to do in the future.

Got my all house fitted with these did a great job. Staff super friendly and helpful. Fitters did a great job. Great price 5 star all day.

Stairs and landing beautifully done and at £125 a bargain, plus Martin who fitted it did an excellent job and was kind and courteous giving good advice re maintenance. Will definately return to purchase carpets for bedrooms.

Used them several times they have always been well priced, friendly and accommodating.

Just had nearly half of our house fitted with new carpets and vinyl from here and I couldn’t rate them highly enough.Paul in the showroom was really professional and helped us choose exactly what we wanted without pushing in any direction.We wanted to spread out the job over two Saturdays to help us move things around the house and this wasn’t an issue. Due to this, we had two different fitters and both have done a fantastic job.We couldn’t be happier, great carpets, great service and importantly, a great price.
