I am so pleased that this company was recommended to me!! After my old boiler broke I needed a replacement fitted quickly and within a week of Tom first coming out to quote us we had a new Intergas boiler fitted and it was all done on a Saturday! Tom was here from 8:30 until 5:30 to ensure we had a fully working boiler for the very cold week ahead. It’s evident that this company is focused on delivering good, honest service with friendly and approachable staff and I would not hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks again :)

Tom diagnosed and fixed my underfloor heating system in no time. An expert in his field. Very nice chap as well. Highly recommended.

Well, what can I add? Tom and his friendly team of two served us immensely well. They installed in June an Intergas boiler, two additional radiators, modified much pipework and fitted additional TRVs in record time and with only minimal disruption to our five bed home. The new installation is serving us well in these cold conditions. Thank you.Very pleased that we followed up on a neighbour's recommendation. We also are now able to highly recommend Failsafe Heating and staff.

Had these out to service an old boiler, in that process they said the magnetic filter was fitted in the wrong place, served no purpose in the airing cupboard and needed taking out. Charged about £500. Skip forward a year and BG come to service the boiler, where is the filter, explained and they said that was rubbish and should not have been removed. Skip forward again and we have just had a new boiler fitted Worcester Bosch from Boxt. Guess where they fitted the filter, the same place, in the airing cupboard. Two different companies have said there advice was wrong and they charged me for the privilege. I won't use them again.

Very poor service wouldn't use them again !!

Needed a repair on my boiler that was originally installed by Failsafe over 10 years ago. Quickly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and expertly fitted by Tom. Great service, great value, a very trusted business to use in my opinion. Many thanks.
