Fantastic stay, really fun weekend with family. Loved both the Bothy and Hideaway, so comfortable and really well designed. Would totally recommend.

I stayed in the HideAway with my husband for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. Comfy bed, nice bathroom and kitchen, great view and just a short walk to the beach. Amazing eye for detail as well with high quality materials and great care for nature embedded in the cabin itself. Loved the hamper we ordered too!

What an amazing place. Beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a hideaway break - literally! Totally on its own on the edge of the gorgeous Cambo Estate. Customer service standout too. Will be back!

When we arrived at the HideAway “Off-grid” Ecopod, we immediately smiled at the cute hand pulled trollies to take your possessions up to the pod. The path, lite by fairy lights, draws you towards the modern, angular building hiding at the slight rise in the ground. The private path ran by a field of sugar beets, ready for harvest. The outside of the pod was open and sheltered and included a decked area, with BBQ and seating area for four as well as a fire pit, with an ample supply of logs for the fire. The beautiful panoramic views of the coast across to East Lothian from the picture windows were stunning, despite the grey Scottish weather on our second day.Inside the well appointed accommodation was comfortable and everything had been thought of, but most importantly thought of through a sustainable lens. The shower room/toilet was very well designed and a thought for detail extended to the use of soap/shower gel which won’t harm the “worms” that digest the content of the composting toilet. The full double bedroom was very cosy and romantic, with wonderful open views from the bed. Attention to detail and a clear modern design was obvious throughout this well constructed building. The kitchen/lounge area was very relaxing and comfortable with a modern wood burning stove at the heart of the lounge area and the well equipped kitchen, even included coffee from local company and milk from a local dairy. The soft furnishing and textiles were all equally well considered and utilised local producers who shared the sustainability of their products. We enjoyed the local walks on the Fife Coastal path and wandered in the beautiful Cambo gardens, where the food was locally sourced and hearty. We had a really lovely meal out at The Ship Inn at Elie, where the hospitality and food were just what we needed at a treat. This is an ideal place to really “unplug” and “unwind”. I highly recommend the “HideAway” or it’s sister pod the “Croft”.

Stayed here for two nights, all my partner and I can say is wow. Situated amongst beautiful woodlands and five minutes from an incredible beach, we couldn’t have asked for a better location. The unit is equipped with everything you could possibly need and we slept incredibly. Furthermore, the support we received from the Off Grid team made the whole experience so effortless. Can’t recommend it enough.

I stayed last week in the Hide Away and WOW! a fabulous place for one or two, so stylish, well thought out. Super comfy bed and a wonderful setting. From enquiring, through booking, staying and check out, they are helpful and friendly. The whole place is so well considered, and the cabin has all the luxury and practical elements you need for a fantastic stay. It’s private but also not a massive trek from the parking spot. Lovely toiletries included and a well appointed kitchen. Fab linens and bed- I had such a comfy sleep.I can’t wait to return.10/10

Such a lovely place to stay! The Bothy was so cozy and we loved that we were right out at the edge of the estate with no roads anywhere. Had some lovely walks along the beach and through the gardens and had some fab food in St Andrews. Woke up listening to the birds. An actual slice of heaven.

I stayed in the Bothy during its early trial phase summer '22. It was still having finishing touches to the ground outside. It was awesome though! Really comfy beds, funky layout and stunning views.

Such a great few days away staying in the Bothy, would highly recommend to recharge the batteries. Set in a beautiful wild garden with views out to the sea, it was a instant relax moment taking time to sit on the porch. The accomdation is set to a very high standard, dog friendly and so so comfortable, we will be a back :)
