Shocking experience. If I could rate a 0 I would of.Where do I start. ?They had the car for 4 months and still not fixed properly to this day.Drive over 45mph and the noise is horrific, even though they changed the drive shaft?More damage on paint work than before they took the car away to be fixed.Had it delivered back to me 3 times and had to refuse it each time as they hadn't fixed it properly.They touched up a door and sprayed it and now the door is pink where they havent painted over the filler properly.Changed a panel and put completely different colour on in replacement. My car is white not ice white. And thought that it's acceptable to hand me the car back.Then I was told I was an idoit it's the same colour as what was on there as they have a video of it being that colour..Days later I get a call saying oh yeh you are right it's different. No apology.They then changed it to white to match the car.This whole experience has been so stressful and I'm still living with the shoddy repairs.The stress that its had on me and my family words cannot Express. It's been 5 months of pure hell. Dealing with this garage and my insurance company on a daily basis.I was grateful for the courtesy car,But having to have it for 16 weeks and unable to take my dogs and children out for the duration was totally devastating.On 2 separate occasions I was given dates when my car will be ready, I jumped at the opportunity to make it up to my kids and booked 2 separate weeks off work. Both times I sat waiting allday for the car to be delivered, both occasions I had to call garage to ask where was the car. I was told it's not ready, the parts havent come in.I cannot Express how disappointed I was for my kids and we spent both the weeks at home unable to go anywhere. All I got back from the garage was sorry" i forgot to call you.I'm sure as a garage you only see the cars and not the devastation that it can have on a family."

South street did a fantastic job of repairing my BMW after it was damaged in a car park. Perfect colour match and repairs are unrecognisable. Very impressed with the cleanliness of my vehicle when returned. All around a very professional company.

I've now used South Street motors twice, once for a body panel repair and paint, and another time for wheel refurbishment and painting.Both times the service was impeccable, highly professional and timely. The staff were highly knowledgeable and professional, taking the time to advise me on what is worth getting and not.Would highly recommend to anyone for the quality of the job and the professionalism of the staff.

My car arrived at South St Repair centre after a small amount of damage. The centre gave 5 different dates of completion due to varying reasons. The car was returned with minor damage to wing mirror. Awful company.

Very helpful and professional company Loretta helped me deal with an accident management company when my car was hit whilst parked by a third party. I was provide with a courtesy car for the duration of the repairs. Repairs were faultless perfect paintwork and fitment. Car was returned on time, cleaned and presented very well. Only genuine parts were used I was informed as they are an approved repairer for my vehicle make and gave me paperwork about the warranty on the repair as it was done to manufacturers specifications.Will definitely use again if the unfortunate ever happens again.
