After seeing the vehicle I wanted on Autotrader, we phoned Rob on Thursday night to request a test drive for the Saturday. When we arrived Rob and the car were ready and waiting for us to have a good look round before getting in and having a drive. Due to his knowledge and efficiency with all the paperwork, 90 minutes later we were all complete and travelling home in our new car. Lovely man, brilliant service, would definitely recommend.

I would like to share my experience with Buxton Car centre. I found the car through Autotrader and I submitted the request for preview on Friday night. On Saturday morning I traveled from Manchester and I was already at the car shop at 9 a.m looking at the car and I was surprised by the excellent service, the cleanliness of the store and the kindness of the people. I closed the deal quickly and on Thursday I was already picking up my new car. It was all very fast and streamlined despite the bank holiday we had that week. They offered a 3 month warranty on my car, but as soon as I bought it I noticed that the air conditioning was not working and as the warranty did not cover this service, Rob told me that they were going to pay for the service. That was brilliant, total customer engagement. In addition, they offer a £70 refund (upon invoice) for cars sold without the 2nd key. Exceptional experience and 5 star service from Rob. They have good prices and do trade in which was my case. I highly recommend!
