These guys are real pros. They always say they've seen it all before and 'not to worry mate' when I roll up with a car that resembles a skip and smells like dirty gym-socks. But less than 40 minutes later, shazzam! it's brand new again. like you just got it new. Defo worth getting your seats shampooed for £12 quid a seat and the other extras are all worth it too. Great value, great service, always cheerful and polite, they work their arses off and are all nice blokes. 100% recommend.If you think the world is rubbish in 2020 and things aren't like they used to be, go to Birkenhead and visit the All American. Your faith in humanity will be restored.

Booked car in for a full valet. Really happy with All American. Come here all the time. Took day off work. Arranged kids to be picked up from school. Arrived for my booking and was then told the booking didn’t exist, they were busy. The guy I spoke to did offer to valet the car but his body language said otherwise. Huffed and puffed. So I thought they can naff off. Ill take my business elsewhere from now on.

Very poor. Very disappointed. Paid £200 for a FULL valet, prior to selling the car, including engine bay detailing, and clay bar treatment.Bodywork is ok, but other areas are just unacceptable. See photos before and after I cleaned them again at home - inside door jambs, alloy wheels and engine bay.I spoke with the operator when I collected the vehicle. He told me it had not been possible to remove some dirt on the alloys, but just 1 minute with a little wheel cleaner when I got home removed it. The dirt in the door jambs just wiped off with a wet rag. The oil marks in the engine bay also just wiped off very easily, no effort needed whatsoever.I've only cleaned part of the alloys and engine bay, to illustrate the difference.Here's the odd thing. When I booked the car in at 9.30 a.m I was told they would need it overnight (at least) for a full clay bar, full valet and wax, which would take at least a full day. But then they called me at 2.45 the same day to say it was ready. How was the work done in that time?I feel a complete mug to be honest as I will now have to go somewhere else and pay again to get it finished to a decent standard.£200, more like £25. Avoid. Paid by card, will be looking for a refund.

Nice bunch of lads and even got all the leaves from under the bonnet but missed a big patch down the side, under the roof rails wasnt cleaned and the alloys we’re cleaned too well. Dont know these things til you get home unfortunately. Probably wont go back

John did an amazing job removing the swirl marks on my car. It's absolutely spotless, and the reflection is showroom standard. Such good value for money. Im absolutely made up, highly recommend!!

They care more about the conversation they are having than the car they are supposed to be washing and drying. This results in massive wet areas that have been left out.

I’ve used these guys for the past 12 years and there work is simply impeccable. Great attention to detail, great staff, and the car comes out looking like it’s just left the showroom again, highly recommended. They also have an Excellent heated waiting area with TV and comfy seating.
