Breathe Move Love

I have just started attending Archna's yoga sessions.She is an excellent teacher giving an enjoyable class.She caters for different levels and adapts the class to her students offering a variety each week.Archa is a very calm person who listens to you and is clear on her instructions.I feel lucky that I have met Archna as it is a good start to the week having a yoga session with her.

I had post ACL reconstruction surgery rehabilitation with Archna. She is very patient and gave me precise instructions on how to rebuild my muscles and strengthen the surrounding muscle.Would highly recommend!
