Was in the store this morning was greeted by the manager as we walked round we passed a lady called natalie who looked miserable didn't speak or smile usually when we go in any of the entertainer shops the staff usually speak to you and smile at you

A very nice toyshop with a great range for all!Always well stocked and easy to find staff to help you even though the store is often busy .From the very helpful and always polite general manager to all staff everyone here has always been helpful and friendly.Would definitely recommend the shop to everyone.Thanks.

Absolutely ridiculous service, and incompetent staff. Went to return a faulty toy I bought for my Grandson today, they refused to refund it. Made the toy INFRONT of me, then refused to acknowledge the obvious fault despite it clearly not working! Until I left furious telling them to keep the toy. I even asked who the manager was to address them directly however the staff couldn’t even decide which one amongst them was the manager, beyond ridiculous. Never buying/ visiting here again complete waste of time am infuriated. I highly highly suggest shopping for toys elsewhere.
