Norton was pleasant and informative. Everything was carried out according to the estimate. The work is good as far as I know. Time for the repairs as given. Cost well it was a volvo so of course at the high end but I imagine get what you pay for.

Can't praise this place enough especially Paul! They always go above and beyond in their service. Had a couple of cars go in to be fixed here now after a few accidents. I would normally suggest that my car go back to my main dealer especially as the accidents aren't my fault but they do just as good a job if not better so I don't hesitate when my insurance say its going in here to be fixed. Great team and thanks for another great job.

The work this garage does is amazing. I could not recommend them enough. I take my car to them with crash damage -- in the last 3 years 3 different people have driven into the back of my car - that seems impossible to repair to the layman, and I collect my car as if it is a new car without any indication my car had been in an accident. This is the 'Rolls Royce' of garages. Just had my Volvo XC60 front end all repaired and you would never know it had been damaged. As soon as you walk into the building and meet the staff you know you are in safe hands. Everyone, is highly professional, and they instill complete confidence which is very reassuring. You are kept fully informed and you do not have to wait for updates. If they say they will phone you back at a certain time, you receive the call and you do not have to do any chasing around. Just a really highly professional and knowledegable team of people who really do go that extra mile in providing a high quality fit for purpose service. As I say you're in safe hands here.

I had my Volvo XC90 here for some non fault insurance work and a couple of minor bumper scuffs. The quality of the insurance repair was good but let down by attention to detail. I should have checked over my car better when I picked it up as cleaning the car 3 days after collecting it, I found lots of overspray inside the wheel arch and front suspension strut. They obviously just masked up the wheel and tyre and didn't bother with the inside of the wheel arch when painting....very lazy. I spent a good 4 hours cleaning off the overspray myself as I didn't want to take it back and be without my car.Don't know if they were having an off day as most of the reviews on here are good....Just make sure you check your vehicle thoroughly when you collect it.

Boundary garage did an excellent repair on my bmw after someone went into the side of it. It's required dents removing, paint work, a new alloy and alignment. All taken care of quickly. The guy handling my job was called Norton and he's was excellent. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. Would recommend. Regards Lewis
