I had an overnight APC delivery that was being delivered by Tendring Express, however, the delivery driver waited for all of 5 seconds before leaving a sorry we missed you" card. Someone was in the house and by the time they'd got to the door the delivery driver was already in his van and gone.On calling them I was advised that "I cannot change the delivery address without permission"... I would have thought that the only person's permission you would need to change a delivery address would be the person receiving the item

A courier that is not only still stuck in the dark ages when it comes to tracking but probably one of the most unreliable networks in the business. As a business, there were comfortably 5-10% of consignments that had an attempted delivery that was late and consumers have no way to formally interact with the network meaning the buck stops with the sender. In order to get an update you have to call the local depot, who call the hub or delivery local depot who will then contact the driver, if" you get a response back the message is relayed to the local delivery depot

Their courier failed to delivery my parcel, even when I was sitting by the window. Simply stopped at a different address and took a picture of a different house. Refused to come back and redeliver the same day simply because no. Waste of time and money!!

Awful service, Clear instructions to leave package with a neighbour, unable to contact depot to arrange a collection. Almost an hour on hold with a constantly playing talking about their unrivalled service. Absolute joke

Tendering Express have been delivering our parcels for many years. The service they provide is excellent. parcels are 99% delivered on time, if there is a problem with delivery they will call you to resolve the problem.We have used other delivery services in the past but were always presented with the problem of having to chase a customers parcel that has simply been left at the depot with zero communication. This will not happen when using Tendering express. An all round great company with and excellent customer service. Thank you.

Poor and unprofesional service. After 5 days of waiting for my parcel I send an email to the shop to find out what's happen and it turn out that delivery guy didn't find a door bell, so instead of calling me he lied that I wasn't at home and that he left a card which he didn't. Another few days gone and nothing was change, my parcel was kept at delivery depot so I couldn't wait any longer and I had to cancel my order. Thank you Tendring Express Service

Very polite when I picked my parcel up but delivery times were all in the day which wasn't great as I work.
