I have a certain amount of knowledge with PCs but after trying to diagnose my problem PC I gave up, after calling in he picked up my PC at 13:00, diagnosed and returned my PC in the same day, I'm now clear of my next steps, the issues were not clear either.

My laptop had started to become extremely slow. It was a free consultation, Patrick was able to sit down with me, he did a few things then talked me through what the issue was. He then made some changes which massively sped up my laptop and also made some recommendations for free&paid software to make it more secure and talked me through the pros&cons. He didn't make any money on the paid software as it was purchased through the company he just did it to help prevent issues in the future.I would highly recommend him!!He also said he can fix my phone screens if I ever break them and would do me deals for friends and family

Amazing service, made a phone call and then few days later already took my pc, came to my house to pick it up and delivered back after, didn’t need to go anywhere. Pc works better than ever now, explained to me what was wrong with it and even gave me a guarantee if something’s wrong again, always kept me updated so I knew I exactly what’s going on, best repair experience ever, wasn’t even expensive for quality you get, I’m really happy.

really good service, from the first phone call they came and collected my pc once they got it to their shop they called to run through exactly what they were going to do and were communicating really well over the whole experience. dropped the computer off first thing the next morning with a run down if what they did. will recommend highly to anyone and will use them again in the future.

Patryk undertook a number of updates on our desktop computer as well as sorting out a wifi issue with our printer. He was very helpful and efficient and helped us choose the right components. I would thoroughly recommend him as he has done an excellent job.
