The Reflexology Room

Clare Worth was recommended to me by a family member as I was suffering from alopecia so a worrying time.I made an appointment online which was very easy to do and had my 1st session. Clare made me feel very comfortable and explained how reflexology worked, I couldn't believe how relaxed I felt afterwards, it was amazing.Clare suggested weekly sessions for 6 weeks, then to do a health screen test again to see how things had progressed, I had one on my 1st session and it picked up loads of issues, brilliant piece of kit. A detailed report was emailed explaining the results and I was given advice on what to do next.My sessions will restart once i have fully recovered from an op on my foot, in fact I have already booked it. I have booked for a full health screening as I need to know the best way forward which Clare will be able advise me on.I highly recommend The Reflexology Room, it has really helped me and I know it's helped others.Looking forward to my next session.

Really want to keep this to myself as I feel its my little secret! I was recommended to Clare from a work colleague who had been seeing her for anxiety and work related stress.I suffer from anxiety and have a horrible relationship with food. I am overweight and have problems sleeping and snoring.I had a consultation with Clare and she performed lymphatic drainage on me as apparently I had a lot of inflammation in my body.I immediately felt different" and now appreciate that was my body thanking me for getting rid of the toxins!! - my food cravings (which were a permanent feature with me) have stopped and whilst my joints initially felt stiff for a day after suddenly feel released.Its day 3 after the drainage today and i feel amazing - I have slept through for 2 nights on the trot and not snored and its been years since that happened.I am weaning myself off medication for stomach acid as Clare recommended friendly bacteria and all healing starts in the gut (apparently) . Clare did not recommend coming off the medication but asked me to consult my GP

I had an amazing and relaxing 2hrs with Clare. Normally I go for a massage at a spa but have NEVER felt as relaxed as I did after my time here.I had the lymphatic drainage and the facial. I loved them both and have booked again.

The reflexology room is a truly amazing experience! I have been going to Clare now for a couple of years , and the difference I feel in my own general well being is quite unbelievable. The calming and tranquil environment is a treatment in itself! I highly recommend a visit to Clare!
