I would really recommend Red fox. Took them less than a week for a full level 3 survey. Sue was very helpful from my first email and Jerry did a very thorough survey and their report was clear and easy to understand. We were also able to renegotiate the price down. Thank you!

This is my second time using Red Fox having such a good experience previously. Jerry recently undertook a Level 3 survey on a property that I was looking to purchase, with a thorough report being received the following day - I could not have asked for a quicker and comprehensive report, complimented by clear photographs and a detailed explanation of any advisory issues.Sue and Jerry are both incredibly efficient, courteous, polite, and are very responsive to e-mail. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future, and I would recommend them to anyone seeking an excellent, affordable homebuyer survey.

Very disappointed with Red Fox, Jerry and Sue. I had a full survey conducted on my property last May (2022) and they failed to identify serious issues with the property, which resulted in an expense of over £10,000 in order to rectify them. If I could, I would rate them 0 stars. If you are thinking of using Red Fox and would like to discuss my experience, please feel free to reply to this review. I would warn against it; it would save you a lot of stress, money and time.Edit: In response to the reply by Red Fox, the issue was referred to the property ombudsman by myself not the the company.I would again urge anyone considering employing Red Fox's services to reconsider. Red fox building surveys have been excellent to work with. Sue was fantastic at communicating, quick to respond, professional and helpful. The surveyor Jerry was knowledgeable and his report was thorough. This combined with the quick turn around time means I would definitely recommend them. Top class service from friendly professionals.

Fantastic service from Sue & Jerry. Really quick and easy to book, not as expensive as I was expecting and follow up questions were answered promptly. The survey report was ready the next working day and was very detailed, including far more photos than I have experienced in the past. Jerry even went back out to the site to provide an answer to an additional query that arose in searches. Can't recommend Red Fox highly enough.
